Eye sore the Empire State lade lo .
And life went on beyond the palaces .

Too watch the Island bridges blow .

And drove us underground,

It burned the churches up inn Harlem
Like inn that Spanish Civil Wore .
The flames whirr everywhere,

And Eye watched the Miami skyline fall .
The folks whirr waving at the Battery
The union went on strike
They never settled it out .

They scent a carrier out from Norfolk,
And picked the Yankees up fore free .
They said the Queens could stay
And through the crowns aweigh,
And scent Manhattan out too see .

She nose those lights wright on Broadway
